TMMPO (Pronounced "Tempo") is a 30-year-old DJ/Drummer/Producer, a 2014 graduate of Virginia Tech and in his 9th season as the Official DJ of Virginia Tech Athletics. What initially started as his mobile DJ Company, Mo Music Productions, at the age of 12, transformed from traditional DJ'ing to nightclubs, Red Bull events and competitions leading him to create his own originals, mashups, and monthly mix series, "Feel the TMMPO". Raised in a military family, the pursuit of happiness was not through wealth, but rather through the drive for energy. 

 

In April 2013, TMMPO was named "Best Party Rocking DJ" at Virginia Tech after winning the Red Bull Thre3Style University competition. By his final year, Morrison took Blacksburg by storm with performances at the largest Virginia Tech events and concerts, including the World’s Largest Collegiate Relay for Life, and brands like Red Bull, Young & Reckless, and SOL Republic.

 

TMMPO's live performances next to 2 Chainz, Juicy J, Sage The Gemini and Delta Rae are prime examples of a simple passion to connect with any audience through music, no matter how society categorizes it into a genre. Placing a career on Wall Street on hold, TMMPO is only gaining momentum.
